Sebastian Cahill could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Dennis Preston made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Joseph Elliot notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FKS Stal Mielec's Sammy Hylton. Sammy Hylton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sammy Hylton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from CJ Pollard, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When CJ Pollard came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Easingwold FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that CJ Pollard couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by CJ Pollard in the 39th minute of play forced FKS Stal Mielec's goalkeeper Sammy Hylton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dom Millman to make the kick off. Sammy Hylton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FKS Stal Mielec getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Patrick Warrender hit a great ball. In the 59th match minute, FKS Stal Mielec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Potter to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Joseph Elliot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th of the match, CJ Pollard tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Sammy Hylton got in the way and made a wonderful save. The supporters of Easingwold FC booed when FKS Stal Mielec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Warrender didn't get a good kick on the ball. Easingwold FC's Gavin Kerfoot couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FKS Stal Mielec. Joseph Elliot might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sammy Hylton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joseph Elliot ran back to his position shaking his head. Sammy Hylton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joseph Elliot in the 71st minute. Sammy Hylton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from CJ Pollard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Easingwold FC were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after FKS Stal Mielec's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gavin Kerfoot took the corner. In the 80th minute, Easingwold FC's CJ Pollard dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. CJ Pollard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dave Ryder hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Joseph Elliot came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Easingwold FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph Elliot couldn't finish the play. If Dom Millman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Easingwold FC played a much better game than FKS Stal Mielec and deserved their victory. The FKS Stal Mielec players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
