Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Steven Tisdale made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Hugh Gerrard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone May saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Hugh Gerrard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ledbury's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugh Gerrard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tyrone May breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aldeburgh's Ashley Robins pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Stew Lobb charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stew Lobb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ledbury's Stew Lobb got a free kick in the 8th minute. If Hugh Gerrard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugh Gerrard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrone May having to interfere. Jasper Smart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Barfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Tyrone May made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Brett Clark sent off a good shot on target. Thomas Barfield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ray Skinner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aldeburgh's supporters rose to their feet, but Ray Skinner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jasper Smart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Barfield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 played minutes Ledbury got a freekick which was hit by Wally Attwood. Ledbury's Jasper Smart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Barfield in the 30th minute of play. Hugh Gerrard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Aldeburgh's Tyrone May got control of the ball when Brett Clark tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugh Gerrard to strike the kick off in the second half. Tyrone May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugh Gerrard in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Ledbury's goalkeeper Jasper Smart had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Barfield. In the 63rd minute Hugh Gerrard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone May saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ledbury's zone, Ray Skinner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jasper Smart came out of the goal and Ray Skinner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tyrone May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brett Clark in the 73rd minute of play. Brett Clark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrone May having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Aldeburgh's Thomas Barfield nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jasper Smart made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 88 minutes into the match, Aldeburgh's goal looked a bit too open when Brett Clark came free, but Tyrone May reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brett Clark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrone May having to interfere. The Ledbury supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Aldeburgh's performance. The match ended with a win for Aldeburgh.
