Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Calvin Wakefield got the match started through his kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Calvin Wakefield who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tottenham's Ty Hayles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Micheal Radcliffe charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Micheal Radcliffe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Micheal Radcliffe kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tottenham's Kristian Fish got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Giles Hitchen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tottenham's Ty Hayles didn't even have to move. If Stew Osborn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Manchester City's Stew Osborn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ty Hayles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manchester City's Stewart Hepburn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Manchester City from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd match minute, Tottenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Coulthard to maneuver through the defense. Dave Whittingham hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Tottenham's Carlton Clough in action when he in the 32nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 40 minutes into the game, one of Tottenham:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Manchester City a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Giles Hitchen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tottenham's Ty Hayles. 0-2. Stew Osborn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Hayles having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Manchester City's Calvin Wakefield sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ty Hayles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Tottenham players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manchester City were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rufus Williams to make the kick off. Rufus Williams fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stewart Hepburn having to interfere. Richard Coulthard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Calvin Wakefield fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Calvin Wakefield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ty Hayles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calvin Wakefield's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester City's goalkeeper Stewart Hepburn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ty Hayles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruce Batty in the 69th minute of play. Stewart Hepburn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rufus Williams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ty Hayles made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Stew Osborn sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Calvin Wakefield left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Tottenham's Ty Hayles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Tottenham from getting a goal against them. Stew Osborn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Calvin Wakefield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ty Hayles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lewis Cavanagh hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
