Spectators: 7370 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Jowsey got the match started through his kick off. Howard Golding recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kasey Plumber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Richard Metcalf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Metcalf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasey Plumber in the 23rd minute of play. Clive Bittner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Howard Golding in the 24th minute of play. With his leg Clive Bittner managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Walendów United's Jay Brumfitt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Kasey Plumber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32nd minute Joel Jowsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Metcalf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Walendów United's Seb Dodd got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Jay Brumfitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jay Brumfitt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

In the 51st minute Howard Golding shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Bittner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Metcalf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Jowsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Walendów United's Jeff Rooney got a free kick in the 58th minute. Adrian Rush was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 63 minutes into the match. Walendów United:s Richard Metcalf showed great skill when he stopped William Moore:s penalty. In the 67th minute RED STAR BRASOV were awarded a corner. William Moore went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that William Moore got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Richard Metcalf quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Richard Metcalf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Jowsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Kasey Plumber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Walendów United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seb Dodd to maneuver through the defense. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
