KS Barkas Tolkmicko's Ron Longstaffe got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Wanlip Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Wyrzykowski came free, but Devon Warrender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Sebastian Wyrzykowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Sam Haugue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Hudson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devon Warrender made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Sebastian Wyrzykowski sent off a good shot on target. KS Barkas Tolkmicko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ron Longstaffe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 66 played minutes Wanlip Knights got a freekick which was hit by Theo Marriott. In the 67th match minute, KS Barkas Tolkmicko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Porter to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, KS Barkas Tolkmicko's Ron Longstaffe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Devon Warrender narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stewart Childs took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Shane Hudson. KS Barkas Tolkmicko's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wanlip Knights's Devon Warrender proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Wanlip Knights from getting a goal against them. Devon Warrender didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Wyrzykowski went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to KS Barkas Tolkmicko getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Noel Porter hit a great ball. When Noel Porter fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS Barkas Tolkmicko's protests and gave Noel Porter a yellow card for diving instead.
