Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dom Walton kicked off to start the match. Matt Key kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Zaq Whitehead was extremely unlucky when he, in the 4th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Vince Midson's late challenge caught a Last Kings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vince Midson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Vince Midson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dom Walton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ozzy Laurie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Last Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devon Pilgrim to maneuver through the defense. Stu Dodgson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dennis Farrow in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Garry Chambers notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Taverham's Ozzy Laurie. Ozzy Laurie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vince Midson hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Zaq Whitehead ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stu Dodgson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 29 minutes in the game, Zaq Whitehead fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Stu Dodgson having to interfere. Dom Walton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ozzy Laurie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Farrow took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stu Dodgson. Stu Dodgson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Eric Teague kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Garry Chambers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaq Whitehead to strike the kick off in the second half. If Garry Chambers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Dennis Farrow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd match minute, Last Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matt Key to maneuver through the defense. After 68 minutes of play Taverham's Vince Midson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 69th minute, Vince Midson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Garry Chambers during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Garry Chambers hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Taverham's Dennis Farrow got a free kick in the 74th minute. Stu Dodgson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Farrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stu Dodgson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Farrow in the 80th minute of the match. Paddy Barr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Stu Dodgson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dennis Farrow came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Taverham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Farrow couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Farrow in the 91st minute of play forced Last Kings's goalkeeper Stu Dodgson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Farrow's late challenge caught a Last Kings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Farrow helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Dennis Farrow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Taverham fully deserved thier win.
