After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jo Bensley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Millbrook utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Jo Bensley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinnie Neville breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jo Bensley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Harrington made a kick off. If Blair Denham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. Boscombe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Millbrook utd the free kick. Kyle Heath kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Henry Cambridge took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vinnie Neville. Vinnie Neville dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ken Trusswell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giles Willetts in the 69th minute of the match. Jo Bensley had several of the Boscombe's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Vinnie Neville as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jo Bensley succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 75th playminute. A collision led to Millbrook utd getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Blair Denham hit a great ball. Vinnie Neville made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Paul Cain in the 82nd minute. Jo Bensley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinnie Neville having to interfere. Henry Cambridge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Henry Cambridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Giles Willetts came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Boscombe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giles Willetts couldn't finish the play. Millbrook utd's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
