After a defensive mix-up in TurkishPower's zone, Johnathan Crowther stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tod Beecham came out of the goal and Johnathan Crowther tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leroy Dunne in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Calvin Robinson saved Holmer Green City from getting behind. Leroy Wilkins charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leroy Wilkins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, TurkishPower was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leroy Wilkins to maneuver through the defense. Tod Beecham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnathan Crowther, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Leroy Dunne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leroy Dunne made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Holmer Green City's goalkeeper Calvin Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Micheal Dickens. Leroy Wilkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Calvin Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Micheal Dickens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Holmer Green City's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
