Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacob East took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gregory Barron kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Worcester Park's Vinnie Cole played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob East in the 3rd minute of play. Vinnie Cole took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob East, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malcolm Childs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lennie Hammett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristopher Holstead having to interfere. If Orson Gayle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 18 minutes, Lennie Hammett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Worcester Park's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lennie Hammett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the game, Jamie Tully was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KingTeam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Worcester Park the free kick. Kristopher Holstead stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jim Goodfellow's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Jamie Tully hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Philip Anderson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and KingTeam's Kristopher Holstead didn't even have to move. In the 31st minute Jim Goodfellow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristopher Holstead saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miles Chilton charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miles Chilton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of KingTeam booed when Worcester Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miles Chilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jim Goodfellow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Kristopher Holstead tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jim Goodfellow in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristopher Holstead saved KingTeam from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in KingTeam's zone, Lennie Hammett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristopher Holstead came out of the goal and Lennie Hammett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Lennie Hammett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Worcester Park fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jim Goodfellow to strike the kick off in the second half. Worcester Park's attack was well implemented in the 57th minute, but when Jim Goodfellow was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Jim Goodfellow put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kristopher Holstead. In the 70th minute of the match Gregory Barron shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristopher Holstead showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Jim Goodfellow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KingTeam's Kristopher Holstead was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 75th play minutes Lennie Hammett shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Kristopher Holstead and just under the crossbar into goal. After 80 minutes of play, Worcester Park's Jim Goodfellow made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristopher Holstead was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KingTeam! Philip Anderson walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Lennie Hammett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Kristopher Holstead tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lennie Hammett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Worcester Park's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
