Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Andre Forrest came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Elwood FC's Rafael Roldanillo. But to his dismay, Rafael Roldanillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tod Rushforth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zane Page having to interfere. Zane Page made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Drew Thomas sent off a good shot on target. Elwood FC's Zane Page proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Elwood FC from getting a goal against them. Zane Page made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tod Rushforth in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deptford's goalkeeper Andre Forrest, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rafael Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andre Forrest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarle Larsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zane Page made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Rupert Armitstead sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, Rafael Roldanillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Deptford's Tod Rushforth dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 25 played minutes Elwood FC got a freekick which was hit by Ethan Rundle. If Drew Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Rafael Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ben Barton during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Elwood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Barton to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes Elwood FC got a freekick which was hit by Ethan Rundle. Kristian Bower received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Andre Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andre Forrest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarle Larsen in the 35th minute of the match. Elwood FC were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Deptford's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rio Groom took the corner. Rio Groom made a great header on Elwood FC's corner, it was just that Deptford's Andre Forrest managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 47th minute, Drew Thomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarle Larsen to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ben Barton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elwood FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ben Barton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andre Forrest breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th match minute, Elwood FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rio Groom to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Drew Thomas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rafael Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Deptford getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Jonathon North hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Deptford's Jonathon North got a free kick in the 71st minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Rio Groom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elwood FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rio Groom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Elwood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tod Rushforth came free, but Zane Page reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Deptford's zone, Jarle Larsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andre Forrest came out of the goal and Jarle Larsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andre Forrest made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rio Groom in the 78th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Elwood FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tod Rushforth came free, but Zane Page reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rio Groom charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rio Groom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rio Groom hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Drew Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zane Page saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Kristian Bower notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Deptford's Andre Forrest. Andre Forrest was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elwood FC's Jarle Larsen was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 94th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
