After 18 played minutes shadow fc got a freekick which was hit by Sam Hird. Sacha Harkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Adrian Dexter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Reigate FC booed when shadow fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradley Langley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Sid Willets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute of the match Dylon Pollard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jack Hazledine showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Sid Willets managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. shadow fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sid Willets was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Bradley Langley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. shadow fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reigate FC the free kick.
