A collision led to Egham United getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Marc Clifford hit a great ball. Neil Anson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Zane Roche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Warren Pyrah in the 12th minute of play forced Londons finest's goalkeeper Zane Roche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neil Anson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Zane Roche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Shaun Booth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Londons finest and the Egham United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute, Shaun Booth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warren Pyrah struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Zane Roche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Egham United. In the 24th minute, Neil Anson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zane Roche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Warren Pyrah in the 25th minute of play. Zane Roche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Anson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Neil Anson came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Egham United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neil Anson couldn't finish the play. Warren Pyrah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zane Roche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Warren Pyrah went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Zane Roche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neil Anson in the 38th minute of the match. Zane Roche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neil Anson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Tully blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Scott Noble having to make a save. Benjamin Seagrave received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Scott Noble tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Tully got free with Scott Noble in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Londons finest's Paddy Shields couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 49th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Egham United. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Warren Pyrah to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Zane Roche managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Egham United's Warren Pyrah fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Warren Pyrah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Egham United's Warren Pyrah dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. If Chris Tully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zane Roche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neil Anson in the 67th minute. 0-3 became the score in the 69th minute when Warren Pyrah elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Neil Anson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edward Swallow kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Seagrave in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Scott Noble prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chris Tully received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Scott Noble tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Chris Tully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Londons finest's Zane Roche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Warren Pyrah in the 87th minute of play. Zane Roche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Warren Pyrah in the 91st minute of the match. Neil Anson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Zane Roche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neil Anson in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zane Roche, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Egham United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Egham United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
