Spectators: 5004 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1002, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sidney Percival kicked off to start the match. Gohari FC's Gordon Keane suffered a sore thigh after 5 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Austin Caine charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Austin Caine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Austin Caine kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The supporters of Gohari FC booed when Gloucester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Austin Caine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Featherson struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. David Brownlow didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gohari FC. Gohari FC's Sidney Percival got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gloucester City's Bill Clapham got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Sidney Percival had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute of the match Calum Keane shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Beck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Sebastian Featherson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Winstanley in the 32nd minute of play forced Gohari FC's goalkeeper Alex Beck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gloucester City's zone, Johnnie Lilley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Brownlow came out of the goal and Johnnie Lilley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johnnie Lilley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gloucester City's zone, Johnnie Lilley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Brownlow came out of the goal and Johnnie Lilley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Beck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Winstanley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thomas Baum during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Danny Winstanley made the kick off in the second half. Johnnie Lilley might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Brownlow. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnnie Lilley ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Gloucester City's zone, Sebastian Featherson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Brownlow came out of the goal and Sebastian Featherson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Brownlow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Featherson, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Gloucester City's David Brownlow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Featherson in the 60th minute of play. Danny Winstanley who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Alex Beck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gohari FC's Sebastian Featherson got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Phil Oatway hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 minutes of play Gloucester City's Austin Caine was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 77th match minute, Gloucester City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Austin Caine to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Karl Simms sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gloucester City's David Brownlow didn't even have to move. Sebastian Featherson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Brownlow having to interfere. Sebastian Featherson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Brownlow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Featherson in the 89th minute of the match. Sebastian Featherson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Brownlow read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Gohari FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
