Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tommy Gerrard started the match with the kick off. Bradley Ford's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Derek Croxford read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute, Bradley Ford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Fc.Piki1one getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Felix Dumpleton hit a great ball. Christian Mansell was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eddy Curtis kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Dean Hazledine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Gerrard, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Bradley Ford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harlesden's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradley Ford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derek Croxford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Nigel Hilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dean Hazledine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nigel Hilton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dean Hazledine having to interfere. Dean Hazledine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Gerrard in the 32nd minute of the match. Harlesden's Bradley Ford got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bradley Ford to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc.Piki1one's goalkeeper Derek Croxford, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tommy Gerrard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Harlesden fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Ronnie Hodges walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 60 played minutes Harlesden got a freekick which was hit by Crispin Hayward. Frankie Bridge charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frankie Bridge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Harlesden fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Nigel Hilton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dean Hazledine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harlesden's Dean Hazledine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Gerrard in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eddy Curtis during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fc.Piki1one getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Eddy Curtis hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Bradley Ford made a precise shot to the right of Derek Croxford. Fc.Piki1one's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Bradley Ford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Derek Croxford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dean Hazledine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nigel Hilton in the 100th minute.
