Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bradley Ford started the match with the kick off. Bradley Ford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dean Hazledine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Price, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dean Hazledine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Price in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Kurt Halliwell notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Harlesden's Dean Hazledine. Dean Hazledine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barney Woods stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bradley Ford's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After a rather tough play, Harlesden's Philip McGovern got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes Harlesden got a freekick which was hit by Jack Ealham. Dean Hazledine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Halliwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kurt Halliwell might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dean Hazledine. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kurt Halliwell ran back to his position shaking his head. Sam Price received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dean Hazledine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kurt Halliwell in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dean Hazledine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dean Hazledine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Halliwell in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Bradley Ford rounded Wanborough FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Bradley Ford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Wanborough FC's goalkeeper Barney Woods, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Kurt Halliwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Price in the 50th minute of play forced Harlesden's goalkeeper Dean Hazledine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sam Price to strike the kick off in the second half. Brian Partridge charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Partridge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Harlesden got a freekick which was hit by Brian Partridge. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Harlesden's goalkeeper Dean Hazledine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Kurt Halliwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Wanborough FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Ealham came free, but Barney Woods reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Halliwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dean Hazledine having to interfere. The supporters of Harlesden booed when Wanborough FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashley Gray didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Jack Ealham ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barney Woods was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 91 minutes into the game, Ashley Gray recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dean Hazledine. Ashley Gray showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Wanborough FC's Barney Woods played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradley Ford in the 94th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Jack Ealham notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Wanborough FC's Barney Woods. Barney Woods was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Harlesden's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
