In the 28th minute, Twyford's Rowan Ashton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kenny Lawson. Kenny Lawson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Ben Pyrah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunatic Leeds's supporters rose to their feet, but Ben Pyrah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shaun Sutcliffe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36thth minute of the game Ronan Brewer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunatic Leeds's Kenny Lawson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Leadbeater charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Leadbeater the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Twyford's David Leadbeater got a free kick in the 37th minute. Shaun Sutcliffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gav Cornish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Twyford fully deserved thier win.
