Sol Mayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conal Ridsdale in the 5th minute of play. After some careless play in the Eadfs defense, Alec Scargill kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenny Hutchinson. The Eadfs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenny Hutchinson should have stopped the shot. In the 11th match minute, Eadfs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thom Dryden to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Rupert Pollard sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Eadfs's Kenny Hutchinson didn't even have to move. 16 minutes into the game, Thom Dryden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eadfs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Sheffield the free kick. A collision led to Eadfs getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Thom Dryden hit a great ball. The supporters of Eadfs booed when KS Sheffield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobby Rogers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sol Mayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thom Corbridge, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Oliver Jefferies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conal Ridsdale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristopher Bedford's late challenge caught a Eadfs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristopher Bedford helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KS Sheffield's Kristopher Bedford got a free kick in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Eadfs's goal looked a bit too open when Alec Scargill came free, but Kenny Hutchinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Thom Dryden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Conal Ridsdale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thom Corbridge struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Sol Mayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eadfs. Sol Mayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thom Corbridge's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Sol Mayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Jefferies, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Sol Mayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conal Ridsdale in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of KS Sheffield booed when Eadfs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Key didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Thom Corbridge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sol Mayo having to make a save. Thom Dryden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Sol Mayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KS Sheffield's Sol Mayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save KS Sheffield from getting a goal against them. If Bobby Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenny Hutchinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristopher Bedford in the 64th minute of the match. Oliver Jefferies struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Sol Mayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eadfs. 74 minutes into the game, Chip Jobling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bobby Rogers scored 2-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenny Hutchinson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bobby Rogers hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Sol Mayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thom Corbridge in the 90th minute. With a little luck, KS Sheffield's Sol Mayo got control of the ball when Oliver Jefferies tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kenny Hutchinson came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Sheffield's Alec Scargill. But to his dismay, Alec Scargill quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KS Sheffield fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eadfs had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
