Spectators: 7382 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Philip Shipton took the kick off in the first half of the match. Damion Wardman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute Fraser Ramsay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perry Parkinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Carl Broad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philip Shipton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Kristian Titmus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 15 minutes into the match, Insurance Management Bear's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Broad came free, but Perry Parkinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kikhavn FC's zone, Philip Shipton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Titmus came out of the goal and Philip Shipton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kikhavn FC booed when Insurance Management Bear was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Shipton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perry Parkinson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Holt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Insurance Management Bear's Perry Parkinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Broad in the 26th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Marty Brumfitt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kristian Titmus. That made the score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. Philip Shipton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Titmus having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philip Shipton in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Titmus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Insurance Management Bear's Philip Shipton got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kristian Titmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Shipton in the 41st minute of play. With his leg Kristian Titmus managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Insurance Management Bear's Philip Shipton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carl Broad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Philip Shipton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Titmus having to interfere. Kristian Titmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Brumfitt in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Philip Shipton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Titmus was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Kristian Titmus came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Insurance Management Bear's Marty Brumfitt. But to his dismay, Marty Brumfitt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 76 minutes into the match, Kikhavn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Shipton came free, but Kristian Titmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fraser Ramsay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Perry Parkinson made a huge save. After 80 minutes of play, Insurance Management Bear's Philip Shipton made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristian Titmus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peter Nowland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot by Kris Benbow from long distance, 90 minutes into the match, got Perry Parkinson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Perry Parkinson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Broad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Marty Brumfitt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Broad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perry Parkinson having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Barry Holt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Perry Parkinson. That made the score 3-2 in the 96 minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Insurance Management Bear fully deserved thier win.
