Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kikhavn FC's Carl Broad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Aaron Mabbutt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Annscroft AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kikhavn FC the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Aaron Mabbutt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fraser Ramsay in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Austen Byrne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johnathon Jenkinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johnathon Jenkinson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Kristian Titmus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Annscroft AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Bradley Harkness hit a great ball. If Johnathon Jenkinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Gaz Frost from long distance, 29 minutes into the match, got Kristian Titmus's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 30th match minute, Kikhavn FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barry Holt to maneuver through the defense. Annscroft AFC's Austen Byrne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Broad in the 33rd minute of play. If Marek Herring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Annscroft AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bradley Harkness. When Annscroft AFC's Marek Herring in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kikhavn FC's goalie prevented a goal. 42 minutes into the match, Annscroft AFC's Marek Herring sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristian Titmus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Fraser Ramsay in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Austen Byrne, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kristian Titmus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Herring in the 56th minute of the match. Johnathon Jenkinson scored 2-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Titmus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Barry Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute Marek Herring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Titmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes, Barry Holt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kikhavn FC and the Annscroft AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Annscroft AFC booed when Kikhavn FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barry Holt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnathon Jenkinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marek Herring fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Titmus having to interfere. The supporters of Kikhavn FC booed when Annscroft AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Mabbutt didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Annscroft AFC fully deserved thier win.
