Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miles Ring started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Orpington FC's goalkeeper Bob Nelthorpe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 4 minutes into the match, Miles Ring notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kingstown's Charles Coombe. Charles Coombe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the game, Chaz Burgess recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bob Nelthorpe. Chaz Burgess showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. A hard shot 17 in the game by Steven Ellerby from a close distance when the talented Bob Nelthorpe managed to make a qualified save. Orpington FC's players were relieved. In the 20th match minute, Kingstown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaz Burgess to maneuver through the defense. Jay Dlyan struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Charles Coombe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orpington FC. Liam Boston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Nelthorpe having to interfere. Orpington FC's Bob Nelthorpe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Orpington FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Miles Ring managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orpington FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Miles Ring was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Coombe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Coombe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miles Ring went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, Steven Ellerby had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bob Nelthorpe. Orpington FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steven Ellerby was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A collision led to Orpington FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Blair Watkins hit a great ball. Vic Christie, 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Boston in the 57th minute of play forced Orpington FC's goalkeeper Bob Nelthorpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 minutes of play, Kingstown's Liam Boston made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bob Nelthorpe was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Kingstown's Vic Christie broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Steven Ellerby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Nelthorpe having to interfere. Martin Barrow hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Martin Barrow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bob Nelthorpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liam Boston in the 78th minute of play. With his leg Charles Coombe managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Orpington FC's Fitz Furlong fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Donny Bartlett kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Tosh Strong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Orpington FC's goalkeeper Bob Nelthorpe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes in the game, Miles Ring fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Charles Coombe having to interfere. Kingstown were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Orpington FC for a fine match.
