Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Liam Boston took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Orpington FC got a freekick which was hit by Gwyn Acton. 6 minutes into the match, Orpington FC's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Ellerby came free, but Bob Nelthorpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Liam Boston managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingstown's supporters rose to their feet, but Liam Boston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bob Nelthorpe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Boston in the 9th minute of play forced Orpington FC's goalkeeper Bob Nelthorpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fitz Furlong got free with Charles Coombe in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chaz Burgess charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chaz Burgess the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 played minutes Kingstown got a freekick which was hit by Chaz Burgess. Bob Nelthorpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Ellerby in the 16th minute of play. Charles Coombe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jay Dlyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Liam Boston scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bob Nelthorpe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fitz Furlong got free with Charles Coombe in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Steven Ellerby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34thth minute of the game Liam Boston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orpington FC's Bob Nelthorpe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute, Orpington FC's Miles Ring ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Charles Coombe. Charles Coombe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Bob Nelthorpe came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Kingstown's Steven Ellerby. But to his dismay, Steven Ellerby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Steven Ellerby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chaz Burgess kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Kingstown's Charles Coombe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miles Ring in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miles Ring was the one to do the kick off. Bob Nelthorpe came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kingstown's Steven Ellerby. But to his dismay, Steven Ellerby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Steven Ellerby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Nelthorpe having to interfere. Charles Coombe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fitz Furlong in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Chaz Burgess's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bob Nelthorpe was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steven Ellerby got free with Bob Nelthorpe in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bob Nelthorpe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chaz Burgess in the 66th minute. Liam Boston charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Liam Boston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kingstown getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Liam Boston hit a great ball. Steven Ellerby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Bob Nelthorpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Will Faulkner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miles Ring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Charles Coombe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Orpington FC got a freekick which was hit by Tosh Strong. Steven Ellerby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Nelthorpe having to interfere. When Miles Ring came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Orpington FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miles Ring couldn't finish the play. Liam Boston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Nelthorpe having to interfere. When the match was over Kingstown could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Orpington FC throughout the match.
