Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rio Rowell started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Congresbury's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Merrill came free, but Huey Garforth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 minutes of play, birmingham bummers's Blair Pack made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Huey Garforth was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, birmingham bummers's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Rowell came free, but Norman Wildman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dion Blacksmith succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After 24 played minutes birmingham bummers got a freekick which was hit by Jack Wheeler. After a defensive mix-up in birmingham bummers's zone, Dion Blacksmith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Wildman came out of the goal and Dion Blacksmith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dion Blacksmith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Wildman having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Dion Blacksmith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nath Sparkes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Huey Garforth. Congresbury's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Damon Hutchings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to birmingham bummers getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Damon Hutchings hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, Congresbury's Alan Lemerond broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sam Merrill to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in birmingham bummers's zone, Dion Blacksmith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Wildman came out of the goal and Dion Blacksmith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rio Rowell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam Merrill kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Sam Merrill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Blair Pack got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sam Merrill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Huey Garforth having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dion Blacksmith in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norman Wildman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the match, Congresbury's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Merrill came free, but Huey Garforth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rio Rowell in the 82nd minute of play forced birmingham bummers's goalkeeper Norman Wildman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in birmingham bummers's zone, Dion Blacksmith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Wildman came out of the goal and Dion Blacksmith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Rio Rowell notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of birmingham bummers's Norman Wildman. Norman Wildman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rio Rowell took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norman Wildman. Norman Wildman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Sam Merrill's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Huey Garforth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
