Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Al Potterton took the kick off in the first half of the match. From close distance Reuben Champion pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 3 minutes into the game. In the 5th minute, Leigh Fayle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reuben Champion's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Les Ring skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 8 played minutes Hackney FC got a freekick which was hit by Lee Folan. Leigh Fayle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Les Ring having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Al Potterton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trinidad's Ivan England was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Dom Ellershaw's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan England was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leigh Fayle in the 25th minute of play forced Hackney FC's goalkeeper Les Ring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dom Ellershaw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Les Ring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leigh Fayle in the 33rd minute of the match. Lee Folan's late challenge caught a Trinidad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lee Folan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hackney FC's Lee Folan got a free kick in the 34th minute. Dom Ellershaw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ivan England tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Al Potterton in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan England saved Trinidad from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leigh Fayle made a kick off. Leigh Fayle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Leigh Fayle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trinidad's supporters rose to their feet, but Leigh Fayle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Les Ring breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Al Potterton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Hackney FC booed when Trinidad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Parkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 minutes, Dylon Hewitt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hackney FC and the Trinidad players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dylon Hewitt kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Les Ring showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leigh Fayle, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Les Ring took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leigh Fayle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Les Ring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leigh Fayle in the 76th minute of the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Reuben Champion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trinidad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reuben Champion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dom Ellershaw got free with Ivan England in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dom Ellershaw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ivan England tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Trinidad got a freekick which was hit by Louis Welsh. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Trinidad had won after a very even match.
