In the 25thth minute of the game Leigh Fayle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lisy Pszczykowo's Vic Blackburn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Trinidad's Ivan England played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Bramhall in the 27th minute of play. When Ted Bramhall came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Lisy Pszczykowo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Bramhall couldn't finish the play. After having played for 33 minutes, Paul Snowdon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lisy Pszczykowo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paul Snowdon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lisy Pszczykowo's Ted Bramhall in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lisy Pszczykowo's supporters rose to their feet, but Paul Snowdon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan England breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Trinidad getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ken Askew hit a great ball. Paul Snowdon succeeded in the game's 47th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ted Bramhall to make the kick off. Vic Blackburn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leigh Fayle, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute.
