Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Walter Broadhead came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pewsey FC's Rob Harding. But to his dismay, Rob Harding quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rob Harding hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Rob Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Broadhead having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Johnathon Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Pewsey FC's Tommy Potter tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pewsey FC's Leigh Draper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Rundle in the 20th minute of play. Ray Rundle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Timperley City booed when Pewsey FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Walker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristopher Howard, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 31st match minute, Timperley City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ray Rundle to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Perry Hedges notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Timperley City's Walter Broadhead. Walter Broadhead was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 38 minutes into the game, Pewsey FC's Perry Hedges nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walter Broadhead made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. When Matty Walker fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pewsey FC's protests and gave Matty Walker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd match minute, Pewsey FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matty Walker to maneuver through the defense. Sean Bedford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Leigh Draper made a huge save. Pewsey FC's Rob Harding got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ray Rundle was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Matty Walker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pewsey FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Matty Walker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Broadhead breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 52 minutes into the match, Pewsey FC's Matty Walker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Broadhead narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Jerry Budge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pewsey FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timperley City the free kick. Jerry Budge hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When Pewsey FC's Rob Harding in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Timperley City's goalie prevented a goal. Rob Harding received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Walter Broadhead came out and tried to block the shot, but Rob Harding slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 67th minute. Rob Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Broadhead having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Mickey Wardell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 78 minutes, Rob Harding managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pewsey FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rob Harding was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the game, Jack Boulton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Timperley City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pewsey FC the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Timperley City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Boulton to maneuver through the defense. Pewsey FC's Tommy Potter couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Timperley City. If Rob Harding had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rob Harding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Walter Broadhead tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pewsey FC played a much better game than Timperley City and deserved their victory. The Timperley City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
