Spectators: 6938 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 5) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aaron Pollard kicked off to start the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Aaron Pollard put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ed Draper. After a rather tough play, Acton FC's Louis Reynolds got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes, Leroy Rusby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acton FC and the Workington AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leroy Rusby kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Aaron Pollard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ed Draper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13th play minutes Zack Deacon shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ed Draper and just under the crossbar into goal. 17 minutes into the match, Acton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Pollard came free, but Ed Draper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Zack Deacon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ed Draper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ed Draper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Pollard in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Neil Rundle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Workington AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The audience was convinced that Aaron Pollard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ed Draper was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Ed Draper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Pollard, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Workington AFC got a corner. Acton FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jacob Bancroft ran over to the corner to take the kick. Workington AFC's Trey Stansfield was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ed Draper in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 28 played minutes Acton FC got a freekick which was hit by Zane Hyde. In the 29th minute of the match Jacob Bancroft sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ed Draper skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Pollard in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ed Draper saved Acton FC from getting behind. Aaron Pollard scored 0-5 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ed Draper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Zack Deacon notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Acton FC's Ed Draper. Ed Draper was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The wind increased when Louis Reynolds made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Workington AFC's Aaron Pollard ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ed Draper. Ed Draper yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Ed Draper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trey Stansfield in the 54th minute of the match. Aaron Pollard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, Workington AFC's Jacob Bancroft got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ed Draper. 64 minutes into the match, Acton FC's goalkeeper Ed Draper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zack Deacon. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Zack Deacon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice moves Zack Deacon could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Ed Draper however easily saved by the left post. In the 69th minute, Zack Deacon made a precise shot to the right of Ed Draper. Acton FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. The Workington AFC fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Workington AFC's Zack Deacon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ed Draper stood somewhat misplaced when Aaron Pollard came free in front of goal and shot 0-12 to the left of him in the 76 minute. Zack Deacon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ed Draper made a huge save. With a little luck, Acton FC's Ed Draper got control of the ball when Zack Deacon tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Aaron Pollard put it in 0-13 from a short distance just to the right of Ed Draper. Ed Draper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zack Deacon went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. Zack Deacon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ed Draper came out and tried to block the shot, but Zack Deacon slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 90th minute. Zack Deacon did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-16 to the left of a surprised Ed Draper 93 minutes into the match. Seth Partridge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Workington AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Acton FC throughout the match.
