Spectators: 6933 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 5) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rodd Tuck made the kick off which started today's match. If Paddy Bennett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Rodd Tuck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ed Draper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Brackley Town getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rodd Tuck hit a great ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Johnny Reed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acton FC's Ed Draper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Brackley Town's Johnny Reed in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Acton FC's goalie prevented a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Louis Reynolds dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jeff Langford, 1-0. Rodd Tuck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ed Draper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paddy Bennett in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodd Tuck in the 33rd minute of play forced Acton FC's goalkeeper Ed Draper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brackley Town's Jeff Langford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Reynolds in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Johnny Reed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brackley Town's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnny Reed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ed Draper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paddy Bennett in the 44th minute of the match. Ed Draper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Camfield in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Johnny Reed had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ed Draper. Acton FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johnny Reed was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Louis Reynolds made a kick off. Ed Draper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Reed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ed Draper stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodd Tuck's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ben Camfield got free with Ed Draper in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the match, Acton FC's goalkeeper Ed Draper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paddy Bennett. When Pierce Rogers fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brackley Town's protests and gave Pierce Rogers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, Brackley Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierce Rogers to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Acton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodd Tuck came free, but Ed Draper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johnny Reed in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ed Draper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ben Camfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ed Draper having to interfere. Acton FC's Ed Draper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierce Rogers in the 90th minute of play. Ed Draper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodd Tuck in the 91st minute of play. Rodd Tuck scored 1-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ed Draper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brackley Town's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
