Spectators: 7665 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Warren Rotherfield made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Wadebridge AFC's zone, Isac Carvalhais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Goodwick came out of the goal and Isac Carvalhais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Goodwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Warren Rotherfield in the 8th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Warren Rotherfield lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Richard Goodwick. Kristopher Tomlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyler Creighton in the 19th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Nath Shaw sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Richard Goodwick skillfully saved the ball. Richard Goodwick was a little too slow when Warren Rotherfield got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 39th minute, Warren Rotherfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 played minutes Wadebridge AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jay Cornish. 3-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Warren Rotherfield elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Didcot AFC's Isac Carvalhais got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57thth minute of the game Warren Rotherfield who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wadebridge AFC's Richard Goodwick was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Reuben Rothwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute of the match Robin Bromley sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Richard Goodwick skillfully saved the ball. Warren Rotherfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Warren Rotherfield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Tyler Creighton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wadebridge AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tyler Creighton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristopher Tomlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Warren Rotherfield scored 4-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Goodwick, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Richard Goodwick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warren Rotherfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 92 minutes into the game, Zane Croxford threw the ball into play from the sideline. Didcot AFC's Daniel Rooy quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Didcot AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
