Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Perry Harper to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Travis Constantine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clive Nancy in the 94th minute of play forced The Italian Immigrants's goalkeeper Wally Kenworthy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Wanlip City had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
