Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brendon Booker took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Jeffrey Tolley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egremont United's Billie Kitchen got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Billie Kitchen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Devon Timiney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rueben Dickens kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Rueben Dickens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Egremont United and the Ferryton players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Egremont United got a freekick which was hit by Rueben Dickens. 18 minutes into the match, Ferryton's Conal Shilton broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Jeffrey Tolley fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Egremont United's protests and gave Jeffrey Tolley a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Egremont United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeffrey Tolley to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Ferryton's Conal Shilton broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 25 minutes, Billie Kitchen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egremont United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Billie Kitchen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 30 in the game by Camron Duckworth from a close distance when the talented Devon Timiney managed to make a qualified save. Ferryton's players were relieved. Billie Kitchen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devon Timiney having to interfere. After some careless play in the Egremont United defense, Brendon Booker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Colin Ely. The Egremont United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Colin Ely should have stopped the shot. If Billie Kitchen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Billie Kitchen was the one to do the kick off. Jerome Inman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Devon Timiney. Ferryton's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Egremont United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rueben Dickens to maneuver through the defense. Brendon Booker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colin Ely having to interfere. Jerome Inman hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Ferryton's Brendon Booker got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rueben Dickens was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Ferryton booed when Egremont United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rueben Dickens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Camron Duckworth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Billie Kitchen took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Devon Timiney. Devon Timiney dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Devon Timiney came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Egremont United's Camron Duckworth. But to his dismay, Camron Duckworth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The supporters of Ferryton booed when Egremont United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffrey Tolley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colin Ely had great luck who in the 93rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Brendon Booker from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.
