Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Martyn Fitter made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Nicky Sunderland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eddy Hill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Stefan Reynolds tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kurt Mortimer came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Hampton in Arden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Mortimer couldn't finish the play. Nicky Sunderland kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Alec Westlake sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hampton in Arden's Stefan Reynolds didn't even have to move. Kurt Mortimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rugeley FC's Alec Westlake got a free kick in the 13th minute. Mitch Scorfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylon Wood having to interfere. After having played for 17 minutes, Eddy Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rugeley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddy Hill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Martyn Fitter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hampton in Arden's Andre Meehan got a free kick in the 19th minute. Dylon Wood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitch Scorfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Rugeley FC's Martyn Fitter made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Reynolds was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gus Parry kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Kurt Mortimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martyn Fitter hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Kurt Mortimer sped through Rugeley FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dylon Wood. 47 minutes into the match, Rugeley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicky Sunderland came free, but Dylon Wood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Mitch Scorfield made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Rugeley FC were awarded a corner. Alec Westlake went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Rugeley FC's Alec Westlake to fire away a dangerous shot which Stefan Reynolds despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eddy Hills short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Stefan Reynolds to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 60 played minutes Hampton in Arden got a freekick which was hit by Andre Meehan. Martyn Fitter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Stefan Reynolds made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Rugeley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Mortimer came free, but Dylon Wood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Rugeley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mitch Scorfield came free, but Dylon Wood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dylon Wood was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andre Meehan hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Dylon Wood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Mortimer in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Rugeley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mitch Scorfield came free, but Dylon Wood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mitch Scorfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylon Wood having to interfere. Dylon Wood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitch Scorfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96thth minute of the game Mitch Scorfield who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rugeley FC's Dylon Wood was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
