The supporters of Dragons FC booed when Dove Holes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micheal Oliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gav Longthorn fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dragons FC's protests and gave Gav Longthorn a yellow card for diving instead. Gav Longthorn hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnathon Forrest in the 20th minute of play forced Dragons FC's goalkeeper Archie Unsworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Dragons FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Dragons FC's Lennie Foley looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodd Jump in the 32nd minute of play forced Dragons FC's goalkeeper Archie Unsworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Dove Holes defense, Lennie Foley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kieran Drake. The Dove Holes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kieran Drake should have stopped the shot. 42 minutes into the game, Owen Hallam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dragons FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dove Holes the free kick. Dragons FC's Archie Unsworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnathon Forrest in the 43rd minute of play. Johnathon Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Archie Unsworth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Archie Unsworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnathon Forrest, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lennie Foley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kieran Drake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennie Foley, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Dragons FC's Lennie Foley in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dove Holes's goalie prevented a goal. Kieran Drake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennie Foley in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of Dragons FC booed when Dove Holes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremy Stockton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Rodd Jump made a precise shot to the right of Archie Unsworth. Dragons FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The audience was convinced that Lennie Foley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kieran Drake was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Crispin Butterworth hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 74 minutes of play, Dragons FC's Lennie Foley made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kieran Drake was left in no man's land by his defense there! Billie Jenkins charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Billie Jenkins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Dragons FC. Lennie Foley stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kieran Drake. 7-1. The supporters of Dragons FC booed when Dove Holes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnathon Forrest didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnathon Forrest fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Archie Unsworth having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennie Foley in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kieran Drake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johnathon Forrest sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johnathon Forrest took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Archie Unsworth. Archie Unsworth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. Dragons FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
