Spectators: 7129 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Victoria Pakoszówka's Allan Connett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Travis Gibbons made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Rueben Pelc sent off a good shot on target. Ben Norton's late challenge caught a Cullompton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ben Norton helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Victoria Pakoszówka's Ben Norton got a free kick in the 5th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Cullompton's Leigh Housham sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Travis Gibbons narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Perry Beerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leigh Housham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Travis Gibbons having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Cullompton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy May to maneuver through the defense. Cullompton's Larry Huckerby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Connett in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Leigh Housham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 played minutes Victoria Pakoszówka got a freekick which was hit by Ben Norton. Rueben Pelc's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Travis Gibbons skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Allan Connett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute Allan Connett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larry Huckerby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Allan Connett came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Victoria Pakoszówka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Connett couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leigh Housham to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rueben Pelc in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Travis Gibbons prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leigh Housham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cullompton's Leigh Housham got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Travis Gibbons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rueben Pelc in the 60th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neil Middlewood got free with Larry Huckerby in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Allan Connett dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Larry Huckerby, 0-2. The audience was convinced that Allan Connett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Larry Huckerby was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Victoria Pakoszówka's goal looked a bit too open when Rueben Pelc came free, but Travis Gibbons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cullompton's zone, Allan Connett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Larry Huckerby came out of the goal and Allan Connett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neil Middlewood might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Larry Huckerby. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Neil Middlewood ran back to his position shaking his head. Allan Connett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Larry Huckerby having to make a save. If Allan Connett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Victoria Pakoszówka walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
