Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Liam Myers got the match started through his kick off. Michael Dunning kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Travis Braithwaite took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kris Langford. Kris Langford dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Kris Langford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lloyd Deacon, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Kris Langford was a little too slow when Kyle Eastwood got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 18 minutes, Liam Myers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stubbington City and the Red Castle players grew even worse after the yellow card. Liam Myers kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Buster Heath received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Scott Houlahan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Kyle Eastwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Buster Heath got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Scott Houlahan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liam Myers in the 42nd minute of play. After 47 minutes of play, Stubbington City's Buster Heath made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Scott Houlahan was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

54 minutes into the game, Liam Myers lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Scott Houlahan. After 58 minutes of play, Red Castle's Lloyd Deacon made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kris Langford was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute of the match Louis Bostock sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kris Langford skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Red Castle's Scott Houlahan got control of the ball when Buster Heath tried to sneak it across the goal line. Scott Houlahan made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Buster Heath sent off a good shot on target. Buster Heath struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Scott Houlahan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stubbington City. Liam Myers was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Stubbington City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Travis Braithwaite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Kris Langford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor McGrath kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the game, Lloyd Deacon landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 90 minutes into the game, one of Stubbington City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Oliver Couch shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Red Castle's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
