Ken Seal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasey Carter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Philip Bush managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loser FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Philip Bush was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Granville breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 minutes, Jonathon Kershaw mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ince AFC and the Loser FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ince AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jonathon Kershaw hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes, Loser FC's Rufus Robertson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tim Granville came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loser FC reached it. Jonathon Kershaw got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Loser FC booed when Ince AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toby Croxford didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 minutes, Dean Newell made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ince AFC's Tim Granville tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tim Granville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dean Newell, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. George Harrison's late challenge caught a Ince AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. George Harrison helped the player get up and apologised. George Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Ken Seal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kasey Carter. Loser FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ken Seal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Kasey Carter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ken Seal in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Grant Billington hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Philip Bush during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Bush to maneuver through the defense. Kasey Carter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Seal in the 57th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Ince AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jim Sutcliffe. 60 minutes into the match, Loser FC's Rupert Duxbury broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Charlie Stevens kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Philip Bush succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 66th playminute. After 69 minutes, Miles Robins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loser FC and the Ince AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 84 minutes, Ken Seal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ince AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ken Seal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Ince AFC booed when Loser FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Harrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ince AFC's Tim Granville got control of the ball when Philip Bush tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Ince AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Loser FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
