FIVEteen United's Terry Dibb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dion Smikle in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, FIVEteen United's goal looked a bit too open when Stevie Whittaker came free, but Terry Dibb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Terry Dibb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dion Smikle in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Dion Smikle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terry Dibb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, FIVEteen United's Neil Metcalfe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Orson Boyd. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Byron Mallon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stevie Whittaker got free with Terry Dibb in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FIVEteen United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stevie Whittaker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Seth Beale scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orson Boyd, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 90 minutes, Stevie Whittaker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. If Johnathan Cookson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Cracovia KS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
