Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bourne End's Rupert Niven started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Phil Bower showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristram Wendon, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bourne End's goalkeeper Phil Bower, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wes Cooper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kmaster FC's zone, Rupert Niven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mike Rundle came out of the goal and Rupert Niven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th play minute Wes Cooper came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mike Rundle. 1-0. In the 21st minute, Rob Biernat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rupert Niven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bourne End's Wes Cooper got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Phil Bower took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristram Wendon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rupert Niven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike Rundle having to interfere. Stephen Weir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Phil Bower showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephen Weir in the 43rd minute of the match. Tristram Wendon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Phil Bower tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stephen Weir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Kmaster FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie Milligan to maneuver through the defense. Kmaster FC's Mike Rundle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rupert Niven in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Tristram Wendon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kmaster FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tristram Wendon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rupert Niven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike Rundle having to interfere. Micheal Fowler hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rupert Niven in the 75th minute of play forced Kmaster FC's goalkeeper Mike Rundle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Tristram Wendon fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tristram Wendon got free with Phil Bower in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Wes Cooper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mike Rundle. Kmaster FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wes Cooper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Tristram Wendon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Phil Bower tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tristram Wendon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Stephen Weir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
