Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Chesney Sparkes made the kick off and thus started the match. Ed Midson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Whiteley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 6 minutes of play, Dzeko Army's Ian Whiteley made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ed Midson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaz Bowens short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Austin Adamson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Stan Marriott took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Austin Adamson to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chesney Sparkes in the 14th minute of play forced Man City's goalkeeper Ed Midson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Austin Adamson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lawrence Piercy's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Gaz Bowen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Austin Adamson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Austin Adamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stan Marriott in the 17th minute of the match. With his leg Austin Adamson managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Man City's Larry Forrester fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stan Marriott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian Whiteley hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gaz Bowen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Austin Adamson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Whiteley charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Whiteley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dzeko Army's Ian Whiteley got a free kick in the 30th minute. Austin Adamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lawrence Piercy, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Dzeko Army's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Marriott came free, but Austin Adamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 36 in the game by Gaz Bowen from a close distance when the talented Austin Adamson managed to make a qualified save. Dzeko Army's players were relieved. If Larry Forrester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Gaz Bowen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Man City's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaz Bowen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Austin Adamson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Austin Adamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lawrence Piercy in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dane Davis in the 45th minute of play forced Man City's goalkeeper Ed Midson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stan Marriott blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Austin Adamson having to make a save. The supporters of Man City booed when Dzeko Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chaz Pettifer didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stan Marriott stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Larry Forrester fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Man City's protests and gave Larry Forrester a yellow card for diving instead. Man City's Ed Midson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Whiteley in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Lawrence Piercy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Austin Adamson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 61 minutes into the game, Dzeko Army's Chesney Sparkes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ed Midson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 64 minutes into the match, Dzeko Army's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Marriott came free, but Austin Adamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austin Adamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rufus Creighton in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Larry Forrester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Gaz Bowen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Austin Adamson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Austin Adamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Forrester in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Dzeko Army got a freekick which was hit by Blair Lomas. In the 75th minute Gaz Bowen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Adamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Austin Adamson came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Man City's Stan Marriott. But to his dismay, Stan Marriott quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Gaz Bowen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kenny Hughes charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenny Hughes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gaz Bowen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Larry Forrester came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Man City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Larry Forrester couldn't finish the play.
