Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Camron Harper made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Fred Meechan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dunmow's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Meechan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danny Hallam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pierce Hinshelwood in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rex Forrest saved Dunmow from getting behind. Fred Meechan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Danny Hallam made a huge save. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dunmow's goalkeeper Rex Forrest, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Real Ale Madrid's Pierce Hinshelwood got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camron Harper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rex Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danny Hallam made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Fred Meechan sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Ellerby in the 38th minute of play forced Real Ale Madrid's goalkeeper Danny Hallam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fred Meechan came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Dunmow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Meechan couldn't finish the play. Real Ale Madrid's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Henry Ellerby 41 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Real Ale Madrid's zone, Fred Meechan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danny Hallam came out of the goal and Fred Meechan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Pierce Hinshelwood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rex Forrest. Dunmow's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierce Hinshelwood was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Ellerby to make the kick off. Henry Ellerby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Hallam having to interfere. Kirk Perkins hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camron Harper in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rex Forrest prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Camron Harper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rex Forrest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camron Harper in the 73rd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Dunmow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jake Cadwallader to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Dunmow defense, Pierce Hinshelwood kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rex Forrest. The Dunmow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rex Forrest should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Real Ale Madrid's Pierce Hinshelwood sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rex Forrest narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ted Kitching charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ted Kitching the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Camron Harper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rex Forrest made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Pierce Hinshelwood sent off a good shot on target. Rex Forrest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camron Harper in the 88th minute of play. Pierce Hinshelwood took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rex Forrest. Rex Forrest dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After having played for 96 minutes, Camron Harper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Ale Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camron Harper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Dunmow supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Real Ale Madrid's performance. The match ended with a win for Real Ale Madrid.
