Marmite fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Clifford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennie Charlton took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denny Bilton. Denny Bilton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Denny Bilton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennie Charlton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Marmite fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chelski FC were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lennie Charlton to make the kick off. Benjamin Barnfields short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Denny Bilton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Chelski FC booed when Marmite fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Clifford didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marmite fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. When Benjamin Barnfield came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Chelski FC fans jumped to their feet.
