Joey Senior came out of the goal and Alexander Newton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ◄19A10► Horsforth getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Austin Cobb hit a great ball. ◄19A10► Horsforth's Jerry Hayward got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. WKS ZAWISZA's Tyler Garrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Hayward in the 16th minute of play. Alexander Newton scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joey Senior, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tyler Garrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Hayward, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Alexander Newton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Joey Senior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alec Featherstone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Cartwright in the 59th minute of play forced ◄19A10► Horsforth's goalkeeper Joey Senior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Alexander Newton managed to get in a good position for a shot. WKS ZAWISZA's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Newton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joey Senior breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alec Featherstone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tyler Garrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ◄19A10► Horsforth's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
