Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Miles Carroll made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Cringleford FC defense, Max Chambers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andre Renton. The Cringleford FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andre Renton should have stopped the shot. After 28 minutes of play, Shelfield FC's Russ Westerby made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andre Renton was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Shelfield FC's Max Chambers in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cringleford FC's goalie prevented a goal. Hugh Elwick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Markham having to interfere. Danny Markham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miles Carroll in the 38th minute of play. Hugh Elwick's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Danny Markham skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Max Chambers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When Jonny Bland came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Cringleford FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonny Bland couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the game, Brynn Jewson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Danny Markham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Danny Markham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miles Carroll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miles Carroll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Danny Markham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 minutes of play, Cringleford FC's Hugh Elwick made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugh Elwick scored 3-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danny Markham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miles Carroll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Danny Markham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wayne Bannister kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Jeremy Macken sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danny Markham skillfully saved the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cringleford FC had played much better football throughout.
