Tristan Burbeary received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bob Sawyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kris McGrath's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bob Sawyer was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Kris McGrath fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Sawyer having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tristan Burbeary made a kick off. The supporters of Mitch FC booed when Brigade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Beecham didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zackary Lamb in the 58th minute of play forced Mitch FC's goalkeeper Joel Silk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Silk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zackary Lamb went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Brigade's Ross William Russell in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mitch FC's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Silk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zackary Lamb went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Bob Sawyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristan Burbeary, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zackary Lamb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bob Sawyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Brigade's Zackary Lamb sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Silk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zackary Lamb might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Silk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zackary Lamb ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zackary Lamb in the 88th minute of play forced Mitch FC's goalkeeper Joel Silk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Zackary Lamb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Ross William Russell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ross William Russell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Brigade fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mitch FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
