With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özgür Kilic prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benjamin Bourton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Özgür Kilic having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dylan Senior in the 26th minute of play forced Owlham Athletic's goalkeeper Özgür Kilic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Bourton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Özgür Kilic skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 29th minute, SMB CITY's Dylan Senior dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Kenny Kenworthy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Dryden having to interfere. In the 38th minute Dylan Senior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özgür Kilic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Will Fuller almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Owlham Athletic's Özgür Kilic did a great save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Graeme Ploughman was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Rick Lundy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özgür Kilic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Crispin Rotherfield managed to get in a good position for a shot. SMB CITY's Dylan Senior got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Özgür Kilic stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dylan Senior's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Özgür Kilic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Bourton in the 78th minute of the match. Özgür Kilic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dylan Senior in the 81st minute of play. If Benjamin Bourton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özgür Kilic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Bourton in the 86th minute of the match. Graeme Ploughman charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graeme Ploughman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Owlham Athletic getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Graeme Ploughman hit a great ball. Dylan Senior scored 5-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Özgür Kilic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
