The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toby Dickner was the one to do the kick off. Jim Halford was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Toby Dickner showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Warrington KK's zone, Niall Colton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Halford came out of the goal and Niall Colton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jim Halford stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toby Dickner's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. A collision led to Snailbeach and Stiperstones FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Jake Hitchcock hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes, Warrington KK's Wayne Darnbrooke shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wayne Winterbine came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Warrington KK reached it. Wayne Winterbine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Craig Durkin in the 73rd minute of play. If Toby Dickner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
