Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Austen Carragher started the match with the kick off. Mattias Coburn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Longthorn in the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Wirral County's zone, Ash Holroyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Coburn came out of the goal and Ash Holroyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Ash Holroyd got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Austen Carragher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Mattias Coburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zak Swallow hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The long shot by Johnnie Trotter in the 21st minute really tested Mattias Coburn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 24th play minutes Austen Carragher shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Mattias Coburn and just under the crossbar into goal. Wesley Brookman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phillip Percival in the 28th minute of play. When Ash Holroyd came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the India FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ash Holroyd couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the game, Kristian Longthorn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. India FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wirral County the free kick. In the 40th match minute, India FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Longthorn to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Danny Patten sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and India FC's Wesley Brookman didn't even have to move. Kristian Longthorn hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Ash Holroyd struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Mattias Coburn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for India FC. 47 minutes into the match, Wirral County's goal looked a bit too open when Austen Carragher came free, but Mattias Coburn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ivan Rushforth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Wesley Brookman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austen Carragher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wirral County's Mattias Coburn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ash Holroyd in the 61st minute of play. Mattias Coburn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Austen Carragher's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Mattias Coburn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Longthorn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wirral County's Mattias Coburn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ash Holroyd in the 68th minute of play. Ivan Rushforth was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 69th minute. Wirral County's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Wirral County's Rodney Biernat got a free kick in the 71st minute. Ash Holroyd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mattias Coburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Wirral County's goal looked a bit too open when Austen Carragher came free, but Mattias Coburn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austen Carragher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Wirral County got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Rushforth. 90 minutes into the game, Zak Swallow was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wirral County's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave India FC the free kick. The supporters of India FC booed when Wirral County was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zak Swallow didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, India FC's Johnnie Trotter tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mattias Coburn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Austen Carragher in the 94th minute of play. Ash Holroyd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. India FC had played much better football throughout.
