Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jeffrey Wheeler kicked off to start the match. After 3rd play minutes Phil Bassett shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Jonathon Corby and just under the crossbar into goal. Ripon United's Louie Ainsworth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Ripon United from getting a goal against them. Team Biolka FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeffrey Wheeler in the 11th minute. The corner ended in Jeffrey Wheeler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ripon United's Louie Ainsworth did a great save. The supporters of Team Biolka FC booed when Ripon United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stan Mayfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Notley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute of the match Miles Cowling shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathon Corby showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathon Corby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gez Lyons, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Jonathon Corby came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Ripon United's Adam Notley. But to his dismay, Adam Notley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jeffrey Wheelers short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Louie Ainsworth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Team Biolka FC's Jonathon Corby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Byron Howarth in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Team Biolka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Phil Bassett came free, but Jonathon Corby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darius Faith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Byron Howarth in the 31st minute of play forced Team Biolka FC's goalkeeper Jonathon Corby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Ripon United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeffrey Wheeler fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Ripon United getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Robbie Browne hit a great ball. A hard shot 38 in the game by Jeffrey Wheeler from a close distance when the talented Louie Ainsworth managed to make a qualified save. Ripon United's players were relieved. Jonathon Corby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phil Bassett, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. John-Paul Frain hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Ripon United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Notley was the one to do the kick off. Team Biolka FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Gez Lyons scored to the left of an out of position Jonathon Corby, making the score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Ripon United's zone, Gez Nash stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Louie Ainsworth came out of the goal and Gez Nash tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathon Corby made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Phil Bassett sent off a good shot on target. Ripon United were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Team Biolka FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stan Mayfield took the corner. Ripon United's Henry Kerridge was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathon Corby in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Louie Ainsworth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeffrey Wheeler in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Adam Notley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathon Corby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Ripon United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micheal Briggs to maneuver through the defense. Darius Faith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louie Ainsworth having to interfere. Henry Kerridge's late challenge caught a Team Biolka FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henry Kerridge helped the player get up and apologised. Henry Kerridge hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Gez Nash scored 1-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Louie Ainsworth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the game, Carlton Millman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Biolka FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ripon United the free kick. After a rather tough play, Team Biolka FC's Carlton Millman got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The long shot by Stan Mayfield in the 73rd minute really tested Jonathon Corby's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 74 minutes into the match, Team Biolka FC's goalkeeper Jonathon Corby had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Phil Bassett. Gez Nash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Kerridge kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Gez Nash fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louie Ainsworth having to interfere. When Team Biolka FC's Jeffrey Wheeler in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ripon United's goalie prevented a goal. Louie Ainsworth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeffrey Wheeler's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Ripon United were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Team Biolka FC's much stronger midfield.
