The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lance Armitage was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Chelsea100 got a corner. Walworth Runners's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lance Armitage ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Chelsea100's Lance Armitage to fire away a dangerous shot which Peter Hampton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Armitage in the 58th minute of play forced Walworth Runners's goalkeeper Peter Hampton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Niall Swallow got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Steve Hitchen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Peter Hampton made a huge save. Niall Swallow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lance Armitage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Frank Winter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niall Swallow struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Peter Hampton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelsea100. Niall Swallow who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Peter Hampton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Walworth Runners's goalkeeper Peter Hampton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peter Hampton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lance Armitage's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. A beautiful save bye Walworth Runners's goalie prevented a goal. 96 minutes into the match, Chelsea100's goal looked a bit too open when Al Caine came free, but Bradley Anson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chelsea100 were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Walworth Runners to leave the ground with a draw.
