Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Den Coates made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Barney Maloney sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devon Pye-Finch in the 8th minute of play forced Tenbury Wells's goalkeeper Robbie Constantine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Devon Pye-Finch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lanston United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Devon Pye-Finch in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robbie Constantine saved Tenbury Wells from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Seb Slator reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Den Coates. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 20th minute, Tenbury Wells's Johnathon Drury seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Johnathon Drury the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tenbury Wells protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Johnathon Drury had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Lanston United. Blair Crittenden stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robbie Constantine. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Lanston United's Jonathan Bayliff got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 39 minutes into the match, Tenbury Wells's goal looked a bit too open when Kirk Noble came free, but Robbie Constantine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lanston United's Blair Crittenden couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tenbury Wells. Robbie Constantine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kirk Noble in the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lanston United's zone, Barney Maloney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Den Coates came out of the goal and Barney Maloney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lanston United were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Tenbury Wells's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Blair Crittenden took the corner. Blair Crittenden made a great header on Lanston United's corner, it was just that Tenbury Wells's Robbie Constantine managed to reach the ball for a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barney Maloney was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barney Maloney in the 56th minute of play forced Lanston United's goalkeeper Den Coates to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Tenbury Wells's Nial Fitzsymon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Den Coates narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Miles Digby hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Bruce Harrad hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lanston United's zone, Miles Digby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Den Coates came out of the goal and Miles Digby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Lanston United booed when Tenbury Wells was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seb Slator didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kirk Noble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robbie Constantine having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Kirk Noble recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robbie Constantine. Kirk Noble showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Roy Hayward kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Tenbury Wells's Robbie Constantine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Noble in the 97th minute of play. Miles Digby kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The Lanston United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
