Rueben Hinshelwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Kempson having to interfere. Neil Holden's late challenge caught a googs n moos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neil Holden helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Andover City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Holden to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 20 minutes, Rueben Hinshelwood managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. googs n moos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rueben Hinshelwood was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matthew Airton was a little too slow when Rio Nightingale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. Malcolm Bastow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Will Kempson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Bastow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malcolm Bastow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Will Kempson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, googs n moos's Malcolm Bastow nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Will Kempson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rio Nightingale was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, googs n moos's Rueben Hinshelwood got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Rueben Hinshelwood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Andover City's zone, Malcolm Bastow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Kempson came out of the goal and Malcolm Bastow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Malcolm Bastow in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Will Kempson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of googs n moos booed when Andover City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zaq Power didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malcolm Bastow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malcolm Bastow in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Will Kempson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th match minute, Andover City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timothy Barr to maneuver through the defense. googs n moos's Stu Dry couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Andover City. After a defensive mix-up in Andover City's zone, Rueben Hinshelwood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Kempson came out of the goal and Rueben Hinshelwood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the game, googs n moos's Rueben Hinshelwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Will Kempson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. googs n moos were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Andover City to leave the ground with a draw.
